Vines & Grapes

Grape Variety : 100 % Cabernet Franc
Age of Vines : 18 years old
Soil Type : Clay-gravel sand and altered metamorphic rock (green metagraywacke). Sandy-clay silt at the ground level. Average depth of 70 cm.


Pressing : Maceration during 10 days
Vinification : Ageing during 8 months in vat.

Tasting Notes

Colour : Ruby with purple reflections
Bouquet : Fruity, redcurrant, blueberry, point of spice at the end.
Taste : Supple and franck, smooth tanins with black fruit aromas
Serving Suggestions : This wine perfetcly matches with pâtés and terrines. It also goes very well with red meats and grilled poultry.
