Soil Type : Altered metamorphic rock (green metagraywacke) with sandy silt at the ground level. Average depth of 110 cm.


Pressing : Direct - Pneumatic press
Vinification : Traditional fermentation ageing in vat during several months on fine lies.

Colour : Green - Yellow
Bouquet : The fruity, floral nose gives way to citrus aromas.
Taste : Fresh and fruity fragrances with citrus notes. Its freshness lingers on the palate making it a lively and elegant wine.
Serving Suggestions : With appetizers, starters, main courses… it can accompany various meals. Cooked or grilled seafood and fish go best with this wine. Grilled shrimp skewers would be an ideal combination.
